Yacht Management South Florida would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest crew member Kyle MacDaniel. Kyle joins the team as the new boatyard manager! He has extensive experience in the marine industry, and we know he will make an invaluable contribution to the Yacht Management team.
Kyle has managed several Boatyards in South Florida, including just recently managing the shipyard on Dania Beach before coming on as the new boatyard manager at Yacht Management.
His experience in the yacht management industry dates back to 2007, where he started working land-based for a yacht management company as a corporate captain. It was around this time that he obtained his surveying credentials with USSA.
Before that, Kyle has been all hands-on deck in the marine industry since he arrived from Maryland in 1999. He received his captain’s license that year in Fort Lauderdale for vessels up to 100 tons.
He got his hands dirty running dive and fishing charters as a PDI dive instructor and captain from Palm Beach all the way down to Miami. It’s safe to say that Kyle took to the South Florida marine industry right away.
His personal life is much like his professional life. Kyle spends his time restoring vessels, scuba diving, freediving, and fishing. He is living the typical South Florida lifestyle and doing what he loves every day.
Kyle brings all this experience and that level of enthusiasm to our docks, and we are proud to call him a member of the Yacht Management team.
Kyle is the perfect choice for the position of our new boatyard manager and we hope to have many great years together with him!
